The Olivia’s Gift & Rewards Card
The following Terms of Use Agreement apply to the user of The Olivia’s Gift & Rewards Card. The use of any The Olivia’s Card constitutes the acceptance to the terms and conditions identified in this Agreement.
Use of The Olivia’s Gift Dollars
The Olivia’s Gift dollars can only be used as a form of payment at Olivia’s locations. The Olivia’s Gift dollars allows user to add dollars on the card for future purchases. The amount on your Olivia’s dollars do not expire, they are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Adding dollars to The Olivia’s Gift Card
You can add dollars to your Olivia’s Gift Card at any participating Olivia’s location. A minimum value of $10.00 is required per Olivia’s Gift Card activation.
Use of The Olivia’s Rewards Card / Account
REGISTRATION
You need to register your profile online at www.oliviaschicken.com and link your Olivia’s Rewards Card to your profile to become a privileged member OR you could use your smart phone and opt to obtain a digital Olivia’s Rewards Card upon your registration. The choice is yours. Start by filling out the registration form to receive an activation email and then click on the link to authenticate your membership inscription.
ADVANTAGE DOLLARS
All Olivia’s Rewards Card holders can obtain Advantage Dollars per dollar spent pre-tax at Olivia’s restaurants and are required to register as a member to use their Advantage Dollars. All valid members can redeem their Advantage Dollars for delicious meals from the Olivia’s restaurant. Valid members will receive and may earn personalized email promotions from time to time from Olivia’s.
PROMOTIONS
Promotions are offered and emailed to privileged members only and are applicable for a limited time to the location identified within the personalized offer.
MEMBER
A valid member is any customer who has completed the free registration process and activated their Olivia’s Gift & Rewards Card membership profile by using the web and a valid email.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN PROMOTIONS
The Olivia’s Gift & Rewards program and Olivia’s restaurants cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or expired promotions and or cards.
REWARD POINTS REDEMPTIONS
Only the activated Olivia’s Rewards Card members can redeem Advantage Dollars as a form of payment for future purchases made exclusively at any participating Olivia’s restaurant. Get specialty authentic fried chicken, fries, sauce, and more, to eat for free as a privileged member*. A minimum value of 10 Advantage Dollars is required to be used upon every redemption at any participating Olivia’s restaurant by any Olivia’s Rewards member.
TERMINATION AND EXPIRY
All Olivia’s Reward Points that have not been used for 730 consecutive days from their last transaction will be terminated and all benefits of the program will be expired.
MODIFICATIONS
The Olivia’s Rewards Card and the Olivia’s restaurants reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate The Olivia’s Rewards Card program, to alter, limit, modify or add to The Olivia’s Rewards Card program rules, regulations, terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and from time to time. As permitted by applicable law, any amendment will become effective at the time the amended agreement is posted online through www.oliviaschicken.com
PROTECT YOUR CARD
You can register your Olivia’s Gift & Rewards Card online at www.oliviaschicken.com to protect the balance on the card. Your Olivia’s Gift & Rewards account balances are only protected from the point in time that you notify us of your stolen, lost or damaged card and the identification, verification of your profile has been established.
CARD BALANCES
You can obtain the balance of your Olivia’s Gift & Rewards Card by visiting the participating Olivia’s restaurant, and or online at www.oliviaschicken.com. Any time you conduct any Olivia’s Gift & Rewards Card transaction, you will be provided with a receipt (proof of transaction) clearly identifying the card’s new balance. You should validate every receipt and safe keep all of you receipts for future reference if required.
ERRORS
The Olivia’s locations shall have no liability for any questionable transaction as transactional errors need to be identified and resolved at time of occurrence with the management of the participating restaurant. Any questionable transactional errors need to be communicated to the management of each participating Olivia’s location. Olivia’s reserves the right not to accept, load or re-issue Olivia’s Gift & Rewards Card if Olivia’s reasonably believes that the use is unauthorized or fraudulent.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada therein.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between card holder and Olivia’s, its stores, and exceeds and joins all prior agreements.
